1956
Born in Kolkata on the sacred day of Buddha Purnima.
Born into a traditional Marwari business family. Named Premlata by my paternal grandmother. Both my grandmothers deeply influenced my early years, instilling in me the values of compassion, simplicity, and service.
1979
Completed education, with a desire to serve the community.
Completed Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Represented the nation as an NCC Cadet in the Republic Day Parade.
Actively engaged in social service by visiting rural schools and interacting with children.
Completed a Diploma in French and independently taught French, empowering young learners from 1979 to 1983.
1979

Became the Founder President of the Lioness Club, leading several social initiatives.
Founded and edited BANDHU, the club magazine, to spread messages of service.
Honoured with awards like Lioness of the Year, Best President, and appointed as Associate Chairperson for Lioness Clubs in Kolkata.
1987
1987
Entered entrepreneurship with the intent to serve through enterprise.
Launched an independent travel agency, one of the few women entrepreneurs at the time.
Organised conferences for corporates like Larsen & Toubro, Kirloskar, ITC, among others.
Supported tourism by working with several state tourism departments, indirectly promoting regional development and livelihoods.
1997
A pivotal year—entered the path of spiritual and healing service.
Learned Reiki, which transformed my inner world.
Met my spiritual Guru, Sri Muralidharanji (Baaba), whose guidance has been life-changing.
Volunteered in community Reiki sessions, organised children’s healing programs, and helped bring Reiki to Hindi-speaking audiences.
Completed a Master’s level in Reiki and trained in Pranic Healing. Began healing patients as an act of selfless service.
2002 – 2016
Dedicated to spiritual service and knowledge dissemination.
Served as Editor of AATHMAJNAANA, Baaba’s spiritual magazine.
Transcribed discourses, published books, and created accessible spiritual literature—including a Kindle edition.
This phase revolved entirely around seva to the Guru and sharing divine knowledge with seekers.
2015 – 2020
Expanded the circle of service globally.
Conducted Reiki workshops and awareness sessions in Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and China.
Delivered a Women’s Day talk in Shanghai on Women’s Role in Moulding Culture, inspiring spiritual awareness in everyday life.
Led an international retreat in Suzhou, China, and conducted Bhagavad Gita and meditation sessions for children in Kolkata and Mumbai.
2018 – 2025
Embarked on a mission to bring Hand Mudras into everyday wellness.
After years of personal research, I began offering free awareness sessions across various platforms like Lions Clubs, Rotary, Emoha, GetSetUp, and more.
Developed and taught structured mudra courses aimed at empowering individuals with self-healing tools. Over 50,000 people have attended these sessions.
Featured in CHAUTARE magazine (Jan 2025) for an article on Hand Mudras—marking recognition of this service in the wellness space.
2025
Published a book on Hand Mudras to serve holistically.
Published the book with vision to make the Vedic knowledge of Hand Mudras accessible to seekers. Continue on life-long mission to serve through teaching, discourses, 1:1 consultation and everyday conversations
