Service Description

Yoga Nidra is a state where the body rests, the mind attains clarity, and awareness remains present. This monthly Yoga Nidra series is designed as a slow, layered exploration of the practice, allowing participants to experience its depth over time rather than as a one-time session. Each month offers a distinct Yoga Nidra practice, carefully structured with pre-practices and post-practices to support the nervous system, Sankalpa, and inner integration. Course Structure: • The session will be conducted once a month, on either the third or fourth Saturday • The exact date will be announced one month in advance • Time: 7:00 pm – 8:15 pm (IST) • Each session will be live and guided • Recording will be available for one month after the session • Over 12 months, participants will be guided through 12 different Yoga Nidra practices, each with a unique focus and progression. • No two sessions will be the same. What Makes This Series Unique: • Each Yoga Nidra is designed as a complete practice, not a repetition Sessions include: • Gentle pre-practices (breath, awareness, or mudra-based preparation) • A carefully guided Yoga Nidra • Post-practice integration to help the effects settle naturally • Scriptural and yogic references related to Yoga Nidra will be highlighted where relevant, offering depth and context without making the practice heavy or intellectual The series is suitable for both: • Those new to Yoga Nidra • Those wishing to deepen their understanding and experience Flexibility to Join Participants may: • Join any single session • Each session stands complete in itself, while also contributing to a deeper, cumulative understanding for those who attend regularly. Fees & Enrolment • Monthly 350/- Who This Series Is For This series is especially beneficial for those seeking: • Deep rest and nervous system regulation • A clearer understanding of Sankalpa • Inner stillness without effort • A traditional yet experiential approach to Yoga Nidra • Practices that support healing, clarity, and self-inquiry • No prior experience is required.
